About this collection
These workshops are where we take a break from the usual routine to focus on specific needs, like breathwork or post-natal recovery. It is not just about burning calories, but finding a space where you can connect, learn, and actually enjoy the process of getting stronger.
I have learned that fitness is better when shared. My special workshops in Koramangala, like 'The Revitalised Mom', are designed to break the monotony of standard gym sessions. We mix it up with breathwork, posture correction, and full-on dance parties because wellness is not one-dimensional.
What to Expect
- Focused Learning: Whether it is core revival or functional movement, we go deep into techniques that do not always fit into a standard 60-minute class.
- Community Support: You are surrounded by women who get it. We share stories, vent about the tough days, and celebrate the wins together.
- A Mental Reset: Sometimes you just need a shift. These events help you reset your mindset, reduce stress, and remember that moving your body should feel like a celebration, not a punishment.
