Weekday DanceFit Vibe
This is our happy place, four to five evenings a week in Koramangala. We sweat it out to Bollywood bangers in high-energy cardio dance sessions. It's less about perfect steps and more about feeling alive and finding your rhythm with the tribe.
More Than Just Dance: HIIT & Core
My Bravo Tribe sessions mix it up with more than just dance. We incorporate High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), functional movements, and core-crushing circuits to build stamina and strength. This is where we push our limits, together.
Partner Drills & Duo Choreography
Everything is more fun with a friend. From spontaneous dance-offs with fellow instructors to partner drills that test your coordination, this is all about teamwork. Grab your pookie and let's get moving.
Yoga, Mobility & Mindful Moments
Fitness isn't just about high intensity, it's also about balance. I incorporate yoga, mobility drills, and mindful cool-downs into our routine to improve flexibility, prevent injury, and connect with our bodies on a deeper level.

Solo Grooves & Impromptu Moves
