Pure & Handmade Marwadi Snacks and Sweets
We bring you the taste of tradition, slow-cooked in pure ghee, just the way Dadisaa has always made it at home.
This graphic playfully explains what makes our food so special. The main ingredients are old family recipes, handmade care, zero preservatives, no palm oil, and a whole lot of love.
Our traditional brass masala box, filled with the aromatic spices we use in our age-old Marwadi recipes. We cook with care, warmth, and love, using fresh ground spices for authentic flavour.
We believe that healthy food doesn't have to be boring, it just needs to be honest. This image shows our yummy laddoos and homemade achaar, both made without palm oil or preservatives.
At Happy Grandmaa Kitchen, we have it all. This graphic shows the variety we offer, from crunchy savoury snacks and traditional Marwadi sweets to a range of homemade achaars.
About The Grandmaa Promise: Pure & Handmade
We slow-roast our besan and gondh over a low flame, which is why our laddoos have that distinct 'danedaar' mouthfeel instead of feeling dense or sticky. We do not use any heavy machinery for our batches because we believe the only way to get the texture and flavour right is to cook it by hand, just like Dadisaa does.
The Grandmaa Promise is simple: if we would not serve it to our own family, it does not leave our kitchen. We avoid palm oil, artificial preservatives, and shortcuts entirely. When you order from us, you get food prepared in small, controlled batches using 100% pure desi ghee.
What goes into our kitchen:
- Pure Ingredients: We use traditional Bura Shakkar or Jaggery for our laddoos and fresh Haryali Khoya for our Gulab Jamuns. No milk powders are used.
- Manual Craft: Because our Mohanthaal and laddoos are roasted in small quantities, the heat distribution is even. This is how we achieve that authentic flavour profile that is hard to find in commercial sweets.
- No Preservatives: Our snacks are not meant to sit on a supermarket shelf for months. They are prepared to order, which ensures maximum freshness.
Storage & Freshness: Since we do not use artificial stabilizers, our snacks have a natural shelf life. Our laddoos and savoury snacks like nimki stay fresh for 15 to 20 days at room temperature. For dairy-based items like our Mohanthaal, we recommend keeping them refrigerated if you plan to enjoy them over 7 to 10 days.
Whether you need a box of snacks for chai time or a large hamper for a festival, we prepare everything specifically for your order. You are not buying pre-packed goods; you are getting a fresh batch made with patience and care.
