The Setup
Gold-accented metallic counter with laser-cut designs. Includes 1 uniformed chef (vest/bowtie) and 1 support staff. Staff wears gloves and hairnets for hygiene.

Choice of 3-4 items from Live Chaat (Gol Gappas with flavored water, Papdi Chaat, Aloo Tikki) and Tandoori Grills (Paneer Tikka, Chicken Tikka, Soya Chaap). Served with fresh chutneys and onion salad.
Logistics
Service duration of 3 hours. Includes transport, gas connection, station cleanup, and choice of eco-friendly boats or ceramic small plates.

Bar Infrastructure
Portable bar counter with black linens. Includes assorted glassware (highball, stem glasses), bar kit, and ice buckets. Breakage risk is covered by the provider.

1 professional mixologist for 3-4 hours. Curated menu of 4-5 mocktails. Note: Alcohol is strictly provided by the client.

Visual Display
Styling using gold/metallic risers, wooden platters, and artificial floral decor. Requires 2-hour pre-event access for setup.
Savory Selection
Hard and semi-soft cheeses (Cheddar, Gouda) with crackers and lavash. Includes finger sandwiches, mini sliders, and global appetizers like spring rolls or quiches.
Sweet & Fresh
Seasonal cut fruits (grapes, berries), nuts, and a dessert station featuring cupcakes, dry cakes, and brownies.
Service
Includes 1 staff member for replenishment and cleanliness. Quarter plates, dessert spoons, and napkins provided.
