My Food Philosophy

For me, every dish has a story. I love mixing tradition with what people enjoy today. Like my Nihari 2.0 - all the slow-cooked flavour, but lighter, so you can actually enjoy it. Or our Multani Stuffed Paneer Tikka, because paneer tikka bhi hero ban sakta hai (paneer tikka can be the hero too).
