Food is more than just eating for me - it’s about bringing people together and making the table the real star of the gathering. I love creating gourmet food stations and displays that turn any party into something unforgettable. My setups catch your eye, but the taste sticks in your mind long after.

Styles That Stand Out

I offer different food station styles, each with its own vibe. Here’s what I can do:

  • Artisanal Grazing Tables: These are show-stoppers. I pile up cheeses, breads, my signature dips (like caramelized onion hummus), fresh fruit, nuts, and savory bites on wooden boards and slate platters. I decorate with flowers and greens, making each table look lush and inviting. Got a theme? I do Indian grazing tables too - think Chicken Tikka Rolls, Bhel Puri, Vada Pav. Full-on desi party mood.
  • Curated High-Tea Displays: Perfect for laid-back afternoons or pre-wedding functions like mehendi or dhol night. Small bites, both sweet and savory, stacked on pretty stands - stuff like mushroom vol au vents, beetroot falafel, cucumber sandwiches. For sweets, I make chocolate blueberry tarts and rose kheer. Want chaat? I do Mexican Gol Gappas and Kulhad Chole Chawal too.
  • Interactive Live Food Stations: This brings the action. I set up live grills for lamb chops, lemon mustard fish, cottage cheese steaks, or Indian counters like fresh appam with veg stew, or dal pakwaan made table-side. It’s fun and makes the whole event feel alive.

My Story

Hi, I’m Saloni. My kitchen’s always buzzing – food, laughter, a bit of chaos! Food’s my way of making folks smile, whether it’s a tiny chai meet or a full-blown Diwali shaam (evening). Chandigarh’s love at our first exhibition, Delhi’s mad energy at Jalsa and Grub Fest – that’s what keeps me hooked. I love being part of FICCI FLO, supporting women. It’s not just catering, it’s about building moments and seeing happy faces around beautiful tables. That’s the real magic.
