My menu is a bit of an adventure:
- Global fusion menu for parties, with everything from Thai curries to wood-fired pizzas.
- Indian classics get their moment too - think live dosa, street-style chai, or Kashmiri kahwa.
- Dessert is serious business. Malpua tarts, fancy French pastries, custom cakes – I bring it all.
The Chaat Theorem
Chaat is our secret weapon. I take street food, dial it up a notch, and present it so your guests go wah wah! From Agra-style cheela to crowd-favourite gol gappa, it’s gourmet Indian street food catering, with full-on mazaa.

My Story
We’re Food Fiesta, and for us, khana (food) is family. Three generations down, still obsessed with taste and making people happy. From serving Ram Ladoo at Delhi weddings to rolling sushi in Goa, we mix old-school desi with global flavours. Had celebs, had big fat weddings, but honestly, nothing beats that moment when a guest grins after their first bite. That’s our real star moment.
