If you hand me your function, you can relax and be a guest at your own event. I only take one big event at a time, so your food gets all my focus. For me, every event is a matter of pride - it has to be perfect, or as we say, brammandathin uchama irukanum (the peak of grandeur).

Food That Stands Out

My Bhai Biryani, especially Mutton Biryani, is what most people know me for. We make it the old-school way – wood fire, big vessels, real recipes from our family. Everything is 100% Halal. If you’re after that authentic Bhai Biryani catering vibe, you’ll get it here.

But it’s not just biryani. The non-veg menu has Chicken 65, Prawn Cutlets, Dum Dum Smoked BBQ Chicken, and for the main family, a special Raja Virundhu (Royal Feast). If you want full veg, I’ve got a proper saivam spread too – things like Paneer Butter Masala and a tasty Paneer Mushroom Biryani.

More Than Just Food

We bring the whole banana leaf feast experience (elai saapadu) if you want, or go buffet style with all the works. Want live food counters for events? We set up chaat, popcorn, fresh juice, live paan, and even a chocolate fountain.

I always insist you taste the food before you decide. On event day, my team takes care of everything, so oruthar kooda kurai sollama (not even one person complains) – that’s my promise.
