Steam rises from our traditional cooking pots, a sign that the biryani is nearing perfection. We cook in large batches to cater for events of any size, ensuring consistent quality and taste every time.

About Our Signature Wood-Fired Biryani

We do not use gas or industrial stoves for our signature biryani. We cook in traditional, heavy-bottomed degs over an actual wood fire, which infuses that distinct, smoky aroma into every grain of basmati rice and piece of meat. It is a slow, deliberate process that keeps the meat tender and the rice perfectly fluffy, making it a crowd-pleaser for everything from home gatherings to large-scale wedding events.
