I don't believe in batch-baking or keeping treats on a shelf. Every Swiss roll, tea cake, and muffin you order is baked from scratch in my kitchen only after you place your request. This means I can easily tweak things like sweetness levels or handle specific dietary needs if you let me know in advance. It’s my way of ensuring you get a dessert that actually tastes like it came straight out of a home oven, not a warehouse. 🥰

My Specialties

• Patterned Swiss Rolls: These are about the aesthetic as much as the taste. The designs are baked directly into the sponge, which I then roll with fresh cream and seasonal fruits like strawberries or mangoes. It is light, airy, and perfect for when you want something fancy but not heavy.
• Classic Tea Cakes: Sometimes you just want a slice of cake without the frosting. My tea cake boxes are a mix of flavors like marble, almond raspberry, and banana chocolate chunk. They are exactly what you need with your evening chai or coffee.
• Banana Chocolate Muffins: These are a cult favorite for a reason. They are packed with flavor and make for an easy, on-the-go breakfast or a great bulk snack for school and office events.

I operate out of my studio in Manikonda and deliver across Hyderabad, with options for Bengaluru too. Because I bake only after receiving your order, please do get in touch a bit in advance.
