About this collection
I bake every single cake from scratch, usually finishing the decoration just hours before it leaves my kitchen. Because I use an oil-butter blend to keep the sponges super moist, my cakes stay soft for up to 3 days, but they are honestly at their best when you slice into them fresh. If you are planning a celebration, just let me know your theme so I can get the frosting colours just right.

Whether it is a cosy evening snack or a big birthday bash, I believe a cake should be more than just dessert—it should be a little piece of happiness. My approach is simple: use quality ingredients and keep it homemade.
My Signature Cakes
- Ribbon Cake: This is a favourite for tea time. It is a super moist sponge with beautiful swirls of pink, blue, and chocolate that make every slice a surprise.
- Celebration Cakes: I do 3-layer sponges with rich frosting. Whether you want a classic Chocolate Truffle, a tangy Red Velvet, or a Fruit Gateau, I focus on heavy rosette piping or smooth ganache finishes to make it look great.
- Tea Cakes & Loaves: Perfect for your daily chai. My Banana Walnut, Date & Walnut, and Chocolate Marble loaves are dense, flavourful, and designed to stay soft without needing a fridge for a couple of days.
Ordering & Delivery
Everything is baked to order here in Bengaluru. I don't use heavy preservatives, so I recommend keeping your celebration cakes refrigerated if you aren't eating them immediately.
