• Cupcakes go next level here - floral buttercream, custom themes, even pastry chef or skater girl vibes. If you want to gift or share, those cupcake jars are perfect.
• Swiss rolls are all about light sponge and chill fillings. That strawberry roll, with the pattern baked in, is a crowd pleaser.
• Not just sweets - sometimes I make savory buns too, like Korean Cream Cheese or Chilli Garlic, when folks need a break from sugar.
