My favorite part of baking is turning your specific, sometimes wild, ideas into something you can actually eat. Whether it is a tiny bento cake with a funny stick figure or a multi-tiered anniversary cake covered in hand-piped flowers, I focus on using high-quality buttercream rather than fondant. If you have a theme in mind, even if it sounds a bit out there, just send it over.
This collection features a mix of the custom work I do out of my Manikonda studio. When you look through these, you will see a lot of buttercream texture. I prefer working with buttercream because it tastes better and allows for those rustic, vintage, or smooth finishes that really elevate a design.
My process is simple. You bring the vision—a specific character, a company logo, or an inside joke—and I translate it into a cake. I handle everything from intimate bento boxes perfect for 1 or 2 people to larger, detailed milestone cakes for weddings and birthdays. I love the challenge of freehand piping on small canvases and sculpting unique fondant toppers that actually look like the pets or people they represent.
Every cake is baked fresh to order for clients across Hyderabad. Whether you want something minimal and semi-naked, or something extra with gold leaf and macarons, I aim to bake a little difference into every order.
