If you want a dog cake, I don’t just put a generic figurine on top; I look at the specific breeds and personalities you want to capture.
For my buttercream-focused cakes, I use piping to create texture, while fondant is reserved for those little, personal touches like figurines or props. Everything is baked fresh, so I need a bit of lead time to plan the sculpting and the specific color palettes for your design.
