About Behind the Scenes
Every cake you see here started as a vague idea and a messy kitchen workspace. I don't believe in factory-made perfection, and my process is rarely the spotless, quiet one you see on TV. My kitchen is small, my playlist is usually loud, and I am almost always covered in flour or buttercream by noon. If you are curious about how I can turn your specific vision into a delicious reality, let's talk about your idea over a quick chat.
It is not the fancy, automated life you might expect from a big-brand bakery. My kitchen is my happy place, and yes, it gets messy. Whether I am deep-cleaning the studio, sketching out a custom logo on a bento cake, or spending hours getting that perfect shade of pastel buttercream, the process is deeply personal. I have documented the journey of building this space because I believe in being real with the community that supports me.
When you order from me, you are not getting a cookie-cutter product. You are getting a cake that was brainstormed, baked, and finished entirely by hand.
