About Boxing for Fitness
Stop running on a treadmill and start moving. In these sessions, I hold the pads while you hit, move, and react. This is functional cardio that builds coordination, improves your reflex speed, and burns calories much faster than static gym exercises. You don't need to be a fighter to train like one.

We mix boxing drills with functional movements like burpees and jumping rope to make sure you get a complete HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) experience.
