Most people focus only on how much weight they can move, but real functional strength requires a full range of motion. During our sessions, I use hands-on adjustments, like the wheel pose, to help you open up tight joints, especially if you spend long hours sitting at a desk. You will feel the difference in your daily movement within the first two weeks of consistent practice.
