About The Hyrox Arena: Race Day Experience
Most athletes lose their race in the ROXZONE transitions, not on the stations. In my sessions, we drill these 10 to 15 second shifts between heavy Sled Pushes and SkiErg reps until your body moves on autopilot. You will not waste precious energy figuring out what comes next when your lungs are burning.
Hyrox is not just about fitness. It is about how you handle the transition from a heavy Sled Push to a 1km run. Most training plans fail because they focus on the lift but ignore the reality of race day fatigue.
My approach as a Hyrox Pro athlete is simple: we train the machine and the mind. You will practice on race-grade equipment like the Concept2 SkiErg and 150kg+ Prowler Sleds at my Yamuna Vihar facility. We do not just do random circuits. We train your central nervous system to handle heavy loads while your heart rate is red-lining.

- Station Efficiency: We break down Wall Balls, Burpee Broad Jumps, and Sandbag Lunges to maximize your output per watt.
- Race Engineering: I teach you how to pace your 1km runs and where to conserve energy for the functional stations.
- Mental Grit: Hyrox is a mental game. When the pain hits at the 6km mark, you need more than muscles. You need the 'Veergati ya Vijay' mindset.
