I’m Kamal Singh, a professional boxer. I don't believe in shortcuts. Whether it's boxing drills or heavy lifting, we train for function, power, and real results.

This is what it's all about: the comeback. After a professional loss, the real work begins. This video shows my journey back to strength, combining circuits, explosive power slams, and dumbbell snatches. It’s not always pretty, and some days I can't lift what I want, but I always show up.

People often confuse looking big with being strong. In this video, I break down the difference between hypertrophy (building muscle size) and real strength training. My focus is on building a body that can perform, not just one that looks good in the mirror.

Shadow boxing is the lifeblood of a fighter. It's not just waving your arms; it's a mental and physical drill to perfect your technique, footwork, and power without any equipment. I'll teach you how to use it to find and fix your weaknesses.

On days when you're low on time or motivation, this is the workout. I explain the concept of Time Under Tension (TUT) with segmented deadlifts and kettlebell swings to maximize muscle engagement. This is how we train smart to build hamstring and glute strength.

This is a glimpse into one of my high-intensity conditioning circuits for building stamina and explosive power. We combine 20 double-unders, 10 push-ups, and 10 heavy kettlebell cleans for five rounds. It's a full-body challenge that gets your heart rate up and builds functional strength.

Lower back pain after deadlifts? It's a common problem that comes from bad form. In this video, I explain the most common mistakes people make and show you how to fix them by engaging your hamstrings and glutes correctly. Proper technique is everything.

The heavy bag is where we build power and endurance. Here, I'm working on combinations and conditioning, focusing on putting force into every punch. This is a core part of my boxing fitness coaching.

Flexibility isn't just for gymnasts; for a boxer, it's crucial. It increases your range of motion for more powerful punches, helps prevent injuries, and aids in recovery. I'll show you why stretching is a non-negotiable part of our training.

About Featured

If you're training just to look big, you’ll eventually hit a wall. In my sessions, we stop chasing random reps and start tracking movement quality. Whether it’s fixing your deadlift setup to avoid lower back strain or understanding why your strength has plateaued, we focus on the physics of your lift, not just the number on the bar.
