About Featured

When you book a table based on these featured specials, you are tasting produce at its peak. Our chefs follow a strict seasonal calendar, which means our Mango Festival dishes aren't available in November, and our fresh coastal seafood relies entirely on current market availability. If you see a dish in our gallery that catches your eye, send us a quick message to confirm it is currently on the kitchen rotation.

At Garden Court, we believe food should never be static. We operate on a 'farm-to-table' rotation—not just for the sake of trends, but because ingredients like Alphonso mangoes, fresh coastal Surmai, or seasonal greens simply taste better when they are in their natural window of harvest.

How Our Seasonal Calendar Works

  • Summer (March-May): The Mango Festival. We go beyond just desserts. You’ll find the fruit infused into savory items like Paneer Mango Tikka and curries, alongside classic chilled desserts.
  • Monsoon & Winter: We shift to comfort. When the Mumbai rains hit, we prioritize spicy, warming kababs like Murgh Pudina Kalimiri. As the temperature drops, we introduce robust Punjabi staples like Sarson Ka Saag and Makai Ki Roti.
  • Festive Fasting: During Shravan and Ganesh Chaturthi, our kitchen undergoes a change. We offer a dedicated Sattvic menu, free of onion and garlic, focusing on grains like barnyard millet and sago, ensuring you can celebrate with authentic flavors without breaking your fast.

Coastal Seafood Specials

Our seafood festival focuses on high-value, fresh-caught fish like Rawas (Indian Salmon) and Tiger Prawns. Unlike our daily menu, these festival plates are prepared using specialized regional techniques—think Mangalorean coconut bases or traditional Malvani spice rubs. Because we prioritize freshness, we rotate these offerings based on the daily catch from the coast, ensuring that what lands on your plate is as fresh as possible.
