About The Seafood Celebration

When you order our Tava Surmai or Rawas, it’s all about the marinade and the cook. We use a mix of traditional red spices for our kingfish steaks to get that crispy char on the tawa while keeping the inside succulent, and our mint-garlic coating for Rawas is a signature twist.
