We started as just Chris and me in a tiny kitchen, wondering if we could pull off a 50-person party. Today, our #GaiaFamily has grown, but the soul remains the same. We do not hire staff just to fill uniforms. Our executive chef, Shrey, started as a sous chef years ago, and Chetan, our manager, is the one who keeps everything running smoothly at your event. These people are the backbone of our catering services.
When you have us handle your wedding or event, you are not getting a revolving door of temporary workers.
