When you book us, you get the same team, including long-time leads like Chetan and Shrey, who have grown with us from our home-kitchen days. We started as just Chris and me in a tiny kitchen, wondering if we could pull off a 50-person party. Today, our #GaiaFamily has grown, but the soul remains the same. We do not hire staff just to fill uniforms. Our executive chef, Shrey, started as a sous chef years ago, and Chetan, our manager, is the one who keeps everything running smoothly at your event. These people are the backbone of our catering services.
