Whether it is our Ooni pizza ovens firing up fresh, fermented dough or a vibrant chaat bar, having our team cook right in front of your guests changes the energy of the room. We do not just set up snacks; we create a focal point that keeps people talking, grazing, and mingling long after the first bite.
When we started Gaia 14 years ago, a 50-person party was our mountain to climb. Now, whether we are feeding 750 guests or hosting a quiet evening at your home, our philosophy remains: keep it real. Our grazing tables rely on fresh, farm-sourced produce, pairing imported cheeses with house-made preserves and vibrant, seasonal vegetables.
Our live stations operate on the same logic. When we bring our portable pizza ovens, we are not just serving food; we are serving 70 percent hydration dough that takes patience and time to ferment. If we are doing a chaat bar, we do it our way—expect bold fusion options like Malvani crab or Guac pani puri that break the mold of typical event food.
We handle the entire setup. This includes the glassware, the table runners, and the flow of service. If your guests have dietary restrictions, be it keto, vegan, or gluten-free, we do not just offer a side salad. We build the menu around their needs because we are Birkenstock people. We prioritize comfort and quality, not stuffy presentation. You tell us the vibe, we bring the ovens and the family.

I am Chinu, and with my husband Chris, we started Gaia Gourmet in our home kitchen 14 years ago. We are still that same family team, just with bigger ovens and a lot more love for feeding crowds. We keep things unpretentious, high-quality, and completely focused on the vibe you want for your guests.
