This is what we mean by a feast for the eyes. Our grazing tables are a signature offering, loaded with artisanal cheeses, fresh fruits, cured meats, and homemade breads, perfect for getting any party started.

We absolutely love cooking for our friend Isha Ambani. This was for a gorgeous Tuscan-inspired rooftop soiree, one of many events we've had the pleasure of catering for her, from charity galas to crazy Holi parties.

We believe in letting quality ingredients shine. This dish features roasted chicken with a vibrant flat-leaf parsley chimichurri, paired with seasonal organic vegetables sourced directly from our partner farms.

Nothing beats the energy of a live pizza station. We bring our Ooni oven to your party, serving up hot, delicious, slow-fermented pizzas that are always a massive hit with guests.

This is us, the core of the Gaia Family. From our home kitchen beginnings to now, our philosophy has always been about great food, a happy team, and making our clients feel like part of the family.

We can transform any space for an elegant sit-down dinner. This beautiful, candlelit long-table setup was for a sustainable farm-to-table meal, creating a truly memorable and intimate dining experience for the guests.

We go wherever the celebration is. This was for a beautiful, multi-cultural wedding in Goa where we created a fun, fusion menu with dishes like Malvani Crab Pani Puri and Goan Choriz Chilli Tacos to tell the couple's love story.
