Designing Integrated Community Amenities for Residential Projects
Amenities define the living experience, not just the square footage. We plan functional spaces like lobbies, gyms, and pools that foster community connection and stand the test of time.
A great community needs great amenities. This montage showcases the modern clubhouse interiors we designed for Raheja Universal, featuring a state of the art gym, luxurious lobby spaces, and a serene poolside that enhances the residential lifestyle.
This is a cafe we designed, showcasing a seamless, curvilinear, and parametric design. The flowing wooden ribs on the ceiling and walls create a dynamic yet warm environment, demonstrating our approach to creating unique interior experiences within larger developments.

The lobby design for our upcoming Jade Crest project in Matunga. We used a combination of terrazzo, textured grey stone, and warm metallic accents to create a sophisticated and modern reception area that feels both luxurious and welcoming.

Here is a glimpse into a clubhouse design that is currently in progress. The design uses earthy tones, natural materials like wood and exposed brick, and warm lighting to create a variety of cozy and relaxing spaces, including a yoga room, game room, and mini theatre.
Outdoor recreational facilities are key to a healthy community. This rendering shows the basketball and tennis courts we designed as part of a larger residential complex, with patterned landscaping that adds a graphic element to the space.
About Integrated Community Amenities
We approach community amenities like hospitality projects, not just standard residential requirements. We focus heavily on acoustics and MEP integration early on, ensuring that gym zones and mini-theatres do not just look good but actually perform well under daily use. It is about mapping out resident movement to make sure the lobby, pool, and gaming areas feel connected and easy to manage.
Designing for a community means looking past the aesthetic appeal. While a grand lobby or a sleek pool area is the first thing a resident sees, the real work happens in the planning. We analyze how different age groups and resident types will actually use these spaces, ensuring that high-traffic zones like gyms and recreational areas are separated from quieter zones like reading rooms or yoga studios.
Our technical approach involves:
- MEP & Utility Integration: We hide the complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing needs of a clubhouse, like HVAC systems and filtration for pools, behind clean architectural lines so they do not interrupt the visual flow.
- Acoustic Management: In spaces like mini-theatres or multipurpose halls, we incorporate sound-dampening materials as part of the interior finish, ensuring the design contributes to comfort rather than just acting as a decoration.
- Hospitality Standards: We bring the level of detail you expect from a luxury hotel into residential projects. Whether it is using Italian marble in reception lounges or specifying heavy-duty, anti-skid materials for pool decks, every choice is made to ensure low maintenance and long-term durability.
We have seen too many projects where spaces are just filled with random furniture. Whether we are planning the flow for a high-rise tower like Jade Crest or creating a cohesive identity for a township, we treat every inch as an opportunity to add value to the residents' daily lives.
