A look at our defining work across Mumbai and beyond. From master-planned townships to focused facade engineering, we prioritize structural efficiency and intentional design.
We believe architecture should tell a story. Here is a tour of the 6.5 million square feet residential development for JP Infra at Mira Road, where we explain the design ideas that give each building a unique character while maintaining a cohesive look for the entire township.
A great community needs great amenities. This montage showcases the modern clubhouse interiors we designed for Raheja Universal, featuring a state of the art gym, luxurious lobby spaces, and a serene poolside that enhances the residential lifestyle.
This is a weekend home we designed in Khandala, captured at dusk. Our goal was to create a tranquil escape that blends luxury with nature, using strategic lighting to highlight the architectural form and create a warm, inviting atmosphere against the valley backdrop.
The facade is a building's signature. For the Kalpataru Bliss project in Santacruz East, we designed a dynamic exterior with a strong geometric pattern, creating an interesting play of light and shadow that changes throughout the day.
Every great structure begins with an idea. This video shows the process behind our Solaris project for Raheja Universal, from the initial sketches explaining the cross ventilation strategy to the final minimalist design of the high rise towers.
We are always exploring new forms in our architectural practice. This is a preview of an upcoming residential tower in Matunga, where we used principles of fluid design to create an organic, tree like structure that rises gracefully into the skyline.
This is a cafe we designed, showcasing a seamless, curvilinear, and parametric design. The flowing wooden ribs on the ceiling and walls create a dynamic yet warm environment, demonstrating our approach to creating unique interior experiences within larger developments.
About Featured
We don't design for the sake of trends. For every project featured here—whether it is a 100-meter residential tower or a quiet weekend villa—our priority is structural efficiency. We spend time on sun-path analysis and cross-ventilation strategies before we draw a single aesthetic line. It is the difference between a building that looks good on paper and one that stays cool, functional, and liveable for decades.
Our Design Philosophy
Architecture is not about filling space; it is about solving problems. When we approach a project, we start with the site's reality—its orientation, wind direction, and the client’s actual needs. We avoid the urge to fill every corner with 'masala' (filler) design elements. Instead, we focus on integration.
Notable Projects
- JP Infra, Mira Road: We managed the master planning for a 6.5 million square foot development. Our goal was to give each tower a distinct character while maintaining a unified visual identity through a specific color palette and structural rhythm.
- Solaris by Raheja Universal: We utilized cross-ventilation design strategies here. By angling the towers at 45 degrees, we ensured that every flat gets natural airflow, reducing the reliance on artificial cooling and creating a more comfortable living environment.
- Kalpataru Bliss, Santacruz East: Here, the facade is the main conversation piece. We engineered a dynamic exterior with a geometric pattern that plays with light and shadow, changing the building's appearance as the sun moves throughout the day.
How We Work
Whether we are designing a clubhouse or an entire township, our process remains consistent:
- Strategic Layout: We analyze traffic flow, podium parking, and vertical efficiency to ensure the building works from the inside out.
- Facade Engineering: We don't add decorative elements that serve no purpose. We use light, durable materials and structural forms to give buildings an identity.
- Practical Interiors: For common areas like gyms, lobbies, and pools, we prioritize hospitality-grade materials and acoustics that stand up to daily community use.
Our goal is to build spaces that feel human. If you look closely at our work, you will see we favor minimalism and clean lines, ensuring that your home feels like a place to live, not a catalog display.
