Hello Furry family! My name is Twisha, and I'm a certified canine behaviorist. I wanted to reintroduce myself and share my philosophy of working with dogs and their families with patience and authenticity.
I started Furry Story because I believe dogs deserve a safe, loving environment when their family is away. In this video, I share a personal story that fuels my passion for protecting and understanding all dogs.
A common myth is that small dogs don't need much training. I believe all dogs, regardless of size, deserve the confidence that comes from good training and socialization, helping them feel secure in our big world.

I take in a maximum of two dogs at a time to ensure each one gets personalized attention. You can also book my home as an exclusive single-dog setup for your pet.
To ensure a spot for your dog, especially during vacation periods, I recommend booking as early as possible. This gives us plenty of time to complete the necessary trial stay without any rush.

I don't believe in quick fixes or magic wands. When you choose to board your dog with me, you aren't just dropping them off at a facility; you are trusting a certified behaviorist who integrates them into a home environment. Because I limit my home to just two guests at a time, your dog gets 24/7 personalized oversight, plenty of decompression sniffaris, and the calm, steady pace they need to feel safe while you're away.
My journey as a canine behaviorist started long before I opened my home in Bangalore. After moving here from Mumbai, I realized how many dogs struggle in traditional, noisy kennel setups. I founded Furry Story to be the opposite: a space that feels exactly like a second home, complete with soft sofas, cuddles, and a schedule built around your dog's natural needs.
Why the Trial Stay Matters
I don't do 'blind' bookings. Before any long-term stay, I require a mandatory 24-hour trial. This isn't just a formality; it is how I learn your dog’s specific quirks, anxiety triggers, and routine. It allows your pup to test the waters and ensures that by the time you leave for your actual trip, they already know and trust me. It makes the transition stress-free for both of us.
My Philosophy: Let Dogs Be Dogs
My approach is firmly rooted in relationship-based training. Your dog won't be confined to a cage or a separate area. They are part of my household.
