What I Actually Do
I help families and their dogs understand each other. Not just basic ‘sit’ or ‘stay’, but how to live together without drama. If you’re looking for a quick fix, I’ll be honest - this isn’t that. I believe in slow, real change, where everyone learns what the dog’s saying (and vice versa).
How We Get There
- I’m all about positive reinforcement - treats, praise, a fun ball, whatever works for your dog. No punishments or yelling. Ever.
- Training is slow. Sometimes your dog will get it in a minute, sometimes it’ll take weeks. Both are normal, and we go at their pace.
- I want you (not me) to be your dog’s best advocate by the end. My job is to make you confident, not stuck needing a trainer forever.
What We Can Tackle
- New puppy at home? We’ll do positive puppy socialization tips, house rules, basic cues, and get them comfy with touch and grooming.
- Got an older dog? We cover home obedience training routines, real-life manners, and even fun games or tricks.
- Struggling with anxiety, leash reactivity solutions, or fear issues? We go slow and gentle, with a plan fit for your dog.
The Walk Isn’t Just a Walk
Most city dogs pull or get anxious. We can work on loose-leash walking, and I’ll introduce you to ‘sniffaris’ - letting your dog explore the world their way. It’s honestly a game changer and makes walks fun, not stressful.

My Story
Hey, Twisha here - I’m the human behind Furry Story, and also behind Mia and Bagheera (my two furry teachers). Bagheera’s my goofy, patient boy, and Mia, who we adopted as an adult, flipped our world in the best way. Moving from Mumbai to Bangalore was messy, not gonna lie. The city felt strange, but training more dogs helped me find my feet. Every day’s a bit chaotic, but with my dogs around, I’m grateful I get to do this work.
