Premium Turnkey Interiors (New Home)
Design & Project Management
- Full conceptualization by the in-house design team.
- 2D Space planning and 3D Renders for all habitable rooms.
- Dedicated on-site supervisor for execution management.
Custom Woodwork (Factory Finish)
- Modular Kitchen: BWR Ply carcass with Premium PU or Acrylic finished shutters. Includes branded hardware (Blum/Hettich) and Quartz countertop.
- Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling custom wardrobes in all bedrooms. Finish options: Natural Veneer with Polish or Duco Paint.
- Vanity Units: Water-resistant plywood vanities with stone/solid surface counters in all bathrooms.
Wall Treatments & Ceiling
- False Ceiling: Designer Gypsum false ceiling with cove provisions in Living, Dining, and Bedrooms.
- Signature Walls: Textured paint or paneling on 1 accent wall per room.
- Paint: Premium Emulsion for all other surfaces.
