I love mixing things up with multi-cuisine wedding menus, so whether you want chatpata (tangy) chaat, Italian romance on a plate, or a sushi chef rolling right in front of your guests, it’s all possible. People always remember the live wedding food stations - the sizzle of dosas, the drama of pasta tossing, and the colors on the sushi counter.

My Story
We’re Food Fiesta, and for us, khana (food) is family. Three generations down, still obsessed with taste and making people happy. From serving Ram Ladoo at Delhi weddings to rolling sushi in Goa, we mix old-school desi with global flavours. Had celebs, had big fat weddings, but honestly, nothing beats that moment when a guest grins after their first bite. That’s our real star moment.
