I love mixing things up with multi-cuisine wedding menus, so whether you want chatpata (tangy) chaat, Italian romance on a plate, or a sushi chef rolling right in front of your guests, it’s all possible. People always remember the live wedding food stations - the sizzle of dosas, the drama of pasta tossing, and the colors on the sushi counter.

From serving Ram Ladoo at Delhi weddings to rolling sushi in Goa, we mix old-school desi with global flavours.
