• I’m known for luxury buffet setups with candlelit counters, classy floral touches, and serveware that actually feels luxurious - think gold, copper, silver, plus rustic wooden platters that aren’t just for show.
• Details matter: from snazzy food labels to themed linens, each thing is picked to fit together, so you get a designer food presentation that stands out.

Food That Hits Different

• I mix old-school Indian favourites with international dishes and love putting together bespoke event menus that fit whatever you have in mind.
• Live food stations are a big part of what I do - guests love watching their pasta, barbecue or chaat made right there.
• Some crowd-pleasers: Mushroom Cream Cheese Bruschetta, Mutton Roganjosh, Paneer Lababdar, plus dessert stations with Lotus Biscoff treats and classic Gulab Jamun.
