When I make these Boondi Ladoos or Mango Rabdi, I don't take shortcuts. You will notice the difference in the texture of the hand-fried boondi and the natural creaminess of the milk, which I slow-cook in heavy-bottomed kadhais to get that authentic ghar ka swaad.

For me, mithai is not just a dessert, it is an emotion. Whether it is the festive season or a small family gathering, my kitchen in South Extension keeps it simple and pure. I use 100% desi ghee for everything, so you will never find palm oil or artificial preservatives in my sweets.
