When I make these Boondi Ladoos or Mango Rabdi, I don't take shortcuts. You will notice the difference in the texture of the hand-fried boondi and the natural creaminess of the milk, which I slow-cook in heavy-bottomed kadhais to get that authentic ghar ka swaad.
