Meet Nandan: Your Fitness and Strength Coach
Fitness is a journey of both body and mind. Get to know how I combine Olympic weightlifting, Pilates, and yoga to help you build real strength and find balance.
A warm smile is the universal language of kindness. While I am serious about technique, our sessions are built on positive energy and mutual respect. I am here to support you on your fitness journey.
This is my element. As a trainer, my focus is always on you, but I stand ready with the knowledge and motivation to guide you through every step of your workout.
The body achieves what the mind believes. I am here in the gym, ready to help you build not just a stronger body, but a more resilient mindset.
Eyes on the goal. My focus is always on understanding your unique needs and helping you achieve the results you are working towards.
A look back at where the journey began. Fitness is a lifelong commitment, and I am dedicated to being a consistent and reliable guide for my clients.
A random click, but a reminder to find moments of calm and reflection. A healthy life is about balancing intense effort with peace.
About Meet Nandan
I do not just count reps; I study your movement patterns. My approach fuses the technical precision of Olympic weightlifting and Pilates with a steady, meditative focus on posture and alignment. If you are struggling with a deadlift or just want to fix your desk-induced kyphotic posture, I break it down into simple, actionable steps. You bring the effort, and I bring the science and the motivation to keep you going.
Fitness is a dialogue between your brain and your muscles. I hold an MPED and a Master’s in Yoga because I believe the strongest body is useless without a calm, aligned mind. In my sessions—whether we are in a commercial studio in Dwarka or your home—I focus on biomechanics. We look for a neutral spine, scapular stability, and proper tension in your lifts.
I treat every client, from total beginners to athletes, with the same rigor. My programming includes:
- Strength & Conditioning: Using compound movements like squats and overhead presses to build functional muscle.
- Reformer Pilates: Using spring resistance for controlled, low-impact spinal alignment.
- Postural Therapy: Specific drills to correct hunchback postures and relieve back stiffness for desk workers.
If you are looking to get strong, lose fat, or simply learn how to move without pain, we can make a plan that works. Radhe Radhe.
