My sessions are centered around the Pilates Reformer, a specialized machine that uses spring resistance to build strength safely and effectively. This allows us to perform a wide range of exercises for full-body conditioning, core stabilization, and targeted flexibility, all in a controlled, low-impact environment.

My commitment to your well being goes beyond exercise instruction. I am fully certified in Basic Life Support (CPR and AED) by the American Heart Association, ensuring I am prepared to handle emergencies and provide a secure training space.
