- Floor & Mirrors: ~350 sq. ft. rectangular hall with light grey laminate flooring and wall-to-wall mirrors. Ideal for sneakers; can be slippery for socks.
- Lighting: Standard white overhead geometric tube lighting ensuring general visibility.
- Audio: Single "Movie Stars" Tower Speaker with heavy bass, Bluetooth, and Aux connectivity.
Comfort & Access
- Climate: 1 Split AC unit and wall-mounted fans for air circulation.
- Amenities: Access to shared changing facility and basic chairs if required.
- Privacy: Exclusive access to the floor for the booked duration.

Visuals & Lighting
- RGB Setup: Portable RGB Light Wands (Tube lights) for colored mood lighting (Red/Blue/Pink themes) suitable for reels.
- Aesthetics: Specific backdrops including a Dark Green wall, backlit logo, and neon sign on faux grass.
- Spotlights: Ceiling track spotlights for subject focus.
Workshop & Fitness Gear
- Training Equipment: Access to yoga mats, dumbbells, and agility ladders (hurdles/cones).
- Teaching Aids: Portable whiteboard available for instruction.
- Capacity: Configurable for content shoots or workshops with up to 10-12 students.
About Studio Rental
The Space
We started Flex Studio because we wanted a spot where anyone could feel at home making art. Whether you’re shooting, teaching, or just want to vibe with your crew, think of it as your apna space (your own space). The studio has dark green walls (looks pro on camera), a full wall of mirrors, and Insta-worthy corners like our pink neon sign and cassette art. Feels less like a rental, more like your own creative den.
The Setup
You don’t have to haul a ton of gear. We’ve got portable RGB light wands to set any mood, a loud tower speaker for your playlist, and full AC with extra fans for those sweaty sessions. If you’re running a workshop, there’s a whiteboard ready to go. All you have to bring is your vision.

My Story
Hey there! We’re Ajay and Shivangi, the faces behind Flex Studio. Built this place from scratch, literally brick by brick, and yeah, our Insta post said 'Finally the wait is over!!' - that moment was wild. Ajay’s the certified dance guy, always cooking up new moves, and Shivangi’s either snapping pics or grooving right with you. Running Flex is a bit of madness, a lot of laughs, and pure ishq for dance and art. For us, kalank nahi, ishq hai (it’s not a stain, it’s love).
