About High-Energy Punjabi & Bhangra
These sessions are designed for pure cardio endurance, not just learning steps. You will be constantly moving to high-tempo dhol beats, which helps you burn significantly more calories than standard gym routines without ever feeling like you are grinding through a workout.
Bhangra is my favorite way to combine joy with movement. In our Noida studio, we move away from repetitive, boring gym drills. Instead, we use the infectious rhythm of Punjabi pop and traditional beats to drive high-intensity cardio.
Every class is structured to keep your heart rate elevated through a mix of traditional Bhangra jumps, expressive shoulder movements, and modern fitness twists. We break down every step itne pyaar se (with so much love), so if you are worried about having two left feet, don't be. This is a judgment-free zone where the goal is to leave your shikwe purane (old complaints) at the door and just focus on the beat.
Whether you are practicing for a wedding sangeet or just want to swap a treadmill for something that feels like a festival, these sessions deliver. It is a full-body experience where the music does the heavy lifting. By the end of the hour, you are sweating, smiling, and ready to go again. We keep the choreography simple enough for beginners but intense enough to challenge anyone looking to build stamina.
