Build Unbreakable Core & Stability
Forget standard crunches. I use unconventional drills and unstable surfaces to build a rock-solid midsection that holds up under real-world pressure.
I'm always finding new ways to challenge the body. This is an advanced core exercise performing an ab rollout on a moving treadmill, forcing extreme stability and control through the entire movement.
This is an advanced push-up variation performed on rolling weight plates. The instability forces every muscle in the core and shoulders to fire, building exceptional strength and control.
Building a powerful chest and core with an unstable push-up. One hand is on a weight plate and the other on a dumbbell, creating an uneven surface that challenges stability and recruits more muscle fibers.
This is a hanging windshield wiper, an advanced calisthenics exercise for building rotational core strength and powerful obliques. A strong core is the center of all athletic movement.
Balance is a form of strength. Here, I'm performing squats while balancing on two dumbbells, a drill that requires intense focus and fires up all the small stabilizer muscles in the legs and core.
Taking core and stability training outdoors. This is an offset dumbbell squat to press, a movement that challenges the core to resist rotation while building unilateral shoulder and leg strength.
We use unconventional methods to build functional strength. This is a partner-assisted exercise designed to strengthen the neck and upper back, crucial for any combat sport athlete.
About Unbreakable Core & Stability
You won't find fancy ab machines here. We build stability by forcing your body to adapt—whether that’s doing push-ups on uneven weight plates or performing ab rollouts on a moving treadmill. If you want a core that's just for show, look elsewhere. If you want a core that actually functions under pressure, this is where you start.
A strong core is the engine for every athletic movement. As a pro boxer, I know that if your midsection isn't rigid, you leak power. We train to prevent that leakage.
My sessions at Fitwithbox in Yamuna Vihar focus on creating instability, forcing your deep stabilizer muscles to engage. We utilize hanging windshield wipers for rotational strength, weighted planks, and unconventional implements like tractor tires and sledgehammers. When you balance on dumbbells during a squat, you aren't just training legs; you are teaching your nervous system to stay locked in while under load.
We keep it raw. No machine does the work for you. It is just you, the equipment, and the sweat. If you are here to just 'do some abs,' you will be disappointed. If you are here to build real athletic longevity and the grit to push through the fatigue, then let’s get to work.
