My Approach to Postpartum Health

- Lactation-Friendly Nutrition: I design meal plans using standard Indian home-cooked foods like roti, sabzi, and dal. I calculate a caloric surplus (typically +300-400 kcal) specifically to support breastfeeding, ensuring you have enough energy for both you and your baby.
- No Equipment Needed: You do not need to join a gym. All exercises are designed to be done at home, allowing you to train during the small windows of time you have available.
