About From Our Studio to Your Home
Every batch of soap we pour here in Malad West takes four full weeks to cure. This is not mass production, it is a slow, cold-process method that ensures every bar is hard, long-lasting, and packed with the nourishing oils we choose. When you buy from us, you are not just getting soap, you are getting a product that has been watched, waited on, and hand-cut right here in our studio.
Behind the Scenes at Fika
We believe that skincare should feel as good as it looks. In our studio, the air is thick with the scent of raw essential oils and the energy of a business built from the ground up. We do not use high-speed machinery or harsh synthetic fillers. Instead, we rely on the traditional cold-process method.
This process requires patience. We mix plant-based butters like Shea and Cocoa with lye and essential oils, then let the mixture set. After a day, we cut them into bars, but the journey is not over. They spend the next 28 days curing on our racks. This stage is non-negotiable. It allows the water to evaporate, resulting in a denser, milder bar that does not melt away in your shower after two uses.
