About Beyond Kicks: Strength, Fitness & Calisthenics

In every 60 to 90 minute session, 30 to 40% of the time is dedicated purely to calisthenics and conditioning. You will build a physique that works as hard as it looks. Whether we are at a park in Jayanagar or a studio in Frazer Town, I treat every student like an athlete in training. Expect to sweat, struggle, and eventually find a rhythm that transforms your movement.

Martial arts success is built in the quiet hours. That is why I do not believe in cookie-cutter gym routines. At XMF, we integrate functional movement with ITF Taekwondo syllabus standards. This is not about vanity muscles; it is about agility, explosive power, and injury prevention.

My training modules focus on the basics of bodyweight control before moving to complex strikes. You will learn to control your own weight through calisthenics, which provides the foundation for every kick and punch. If you are training at a park in Lalbagh or Tavarekere, we utilize the environment. If you are in one of our studios in S.G. Palya or Frazer Town, we use pads and drills to sharpen your reaction times.

Progression is measured by your own growth. Whether you are aiming for your next belt in the ITF Taekwondo curriculum or simply want to improve your stamina, the formula remains the same. You show up, you do the work, and we refine your form. I have seen students transform from 2015 to 2024 by sticking to this process. Consistency is the only secret.
