Discover the textures, materials, and palettes that define a space. See how carefully chosen details transform a room from a blueprint into a personal sanctuary.

A moodboard is the first step in bringing a design to life. It's a canvas of inspiration, a palette of possibilities, and a roadmap that helps shape ideas and transform an ordinary room into a living work of art.

This flat lay shows a material palette inspired by nature. It combines different textures like wood, stone, and woven fabrics with earthy tones to create a feeling of warmth, serenity, and organic elegance.

Here is a moodboard showcasing a sophisticated material combination. I've paired different wood finishes with grey stone, brushed metal, and natural elements like dried grass to create a palette that is modern, textured, and timeless.

The details make the design. This image shows a selection of wood samples with different paint and stain finishes, representing the careful process of choosing the perfect colors and materials to create a cohesive and beautiful space.

This moodboard explores the concept of "Elegance in Simplicity." It focuses on a minimal, warm, and organic aesthetic, using a soft color palette and natural materials to create spaces that feel calm, uncluttered, and sophisticated.

This moodboard is built around a palette of basic coral and earthy tones. I've combined soft textiles, natural wood, and organic shapes to inspire a living space that feels warm, inviting, and effortlessly chic.

Inspired by Pantone's landscape palette, this moodboard brings the colors of nature indoors. It features shades of green and brown paired with natural wood, rattan, and leather to create a refreshing and eco-friendly design concept.

Decorative panels are a fantastic way to add texture and personality to a wall. This video showcases five of my favorite ideas, including wooden slatted panels for warmth, marble for luxury, and 3D panels for modern visual interest.

Don't neglect your staircase walls. Here are some trendy ideas to make them a feature, from textured crushed panel walls and classic brick to dramatic lighting installations that turn a simple staircase into a design statement.

This video shares some of my favorite ways to incorporate bold and beautiful color combinations into an interior. From rich burgundy and beige to classic royal blue and white, the right palette can completely transform the mood of a room.

About Design Elements & Inspiration

When I start a new project, I do not jump straight into furniture. I start with a moodboard. It serves as the bridge between your initial idea and the final reality. By laying out material samples, color swatches, and lighting concepts together, we catch potential clashes early and ensure every texture in your room works in harmony.

A space is only as good as the materials that fill it. My process relies on tangible inspiration, moving from abstract concepts to physical reality. Whether we are selecting wood finishes for a slatted wall or choosing a stone texture that catches the morning light, every decision serves a purpose.

The Power of Moodboards Before we draw a single construction line, I create moodboards. This is where we define the vibe. If you want a space that feels calm and minimal, we lean into earthy tones and raw textures. If you need something bolder, we experiment with rich fabrics and accent panels. It saves time and prevents costly mistakes on-site.

Texture and Detail I am particularly passionate about using decorative panels to define space. A wooden slatted panel can bring warmth to a sterile corner, while marble or 3D textured panels add instant depth and luxury to a feature wall. These are not just aesthetic choices; they dictate how a room feels when you walk in.

Collaborative Material Selection I take my clients through a guided selection process. We look at flooring patterns, upholstery, and paint finishes together. This ensures that the final design is not just a copy of a trend, but a reflection of your lifestyle and vision. My goal is to help you build a home that is as functional as it is beautiful.

Hi, I am Priya. I believe a great space is built layer by layer, starting with the right materials. I spend my days sketching ideas and my afternoons on-site, making sure the final finish matches the vision we started with.
