I do not just drop off food in foil trays and leave. When I cater a party, I handle the buffet setup with traditional touches like banana leaves and marigold flowers to create the right mood. You get to host your guests without worrying about a single thing, while everyone enjoys real, zhanzhaneet (vibrant) flavors that taste exactly like home.
When I cater a party, my goal is simple, I want you and your guests to experience the same warmth I felt in my Aai's kitchen. Too often, catering in Mumbai falls into the trap of restaurant food, heavy, oily, and generic. That is not what I do. Whether you are hosting a festive gathering, a birthday, or an intimate house party in Santacruz or anywhere across Mumbai, my focus is on bringing you authentic Kolhapuri and South Indian flavors.
I handle the setup, the plating, and the service so you can actually enjoy your own party. My buffet spreads feature starters like Kothimbir Wadi or Mutton Loncha, mains like Mutton Kolhapuri and Kerala Roast Chicken, and comforting staples like Indrayani rice.
