I do not just drop off food in foil trays and leave. When I cater a party, I handle the buffet setup with traditional touches like banana leaves and marigold flowers to create the right mood. You get to host your guests without worrying about a single thing, while everyone enjoys real, zhanzhaneet (vibrant) flavors that taste exactly like home.
When I cater a party, my goal is simple, I want you and your guests to experience the same warmth I felt in my Aai's kitchen. Too often, catering in Mumbai falls into the trap of restaurant food, heavy, oily, and generic. That is not what I do. My buffet spreads feature starters like Kothimbir Wadi or Mutton Loncha, mains like Mutton Kolhapuri and Kerala Roast Chicken, and comforting staples like Indrayani rice.
