We believe childhood shouldn't be rushed. Whether it's Yoga Day or our EuroFit obstacle courses, we focus on moving the body to calm the mind and build confidence.

We celebrated International Yoga Day with our dedicated teachers. Practicing mindfulness together helps us create a calm and positive environment for our children.

International Yoga Day is a special day for us. Our teachers lead by example, showing the importance of finding balance and peace through yoga.

Story time and learning yoga. We are revisiting the number one with our little yogis, combining numeracy with physical movement and mindfulness.

Mindfulness meets melody. Our little ones are discovering the calming power of music and sound, learning to listen with focus and intention.

Fitness fun with Eurofit. Our preschoolers are staying active and healthy through engaging exercises like crawling and jumping, which build strength and coordination.

Hop like a kangaroo, walk like a tortoise. This mindful movement activity teaches our little ones the balance of high energy and calm, slow movements.

Tunnel vision in motion. This fun-filled tunnel relay helps children develop gross motor skills, coordination, and teamwork as they crawl, laugh, and grow stronger.

About this collection

We don't just do PT or 'exercise time.' When you see us doing 'Buddy Breathing' with soft toys or navigating tunnel relays, it’s about teaching inhibitory control—helping children learn to pause, observe, and manage their energy. It's the practical foundation that helps a child go from being restless to being ready to learn, and it's something I’ve seen transform the confidence of our most active little ones.

At EuroKids Vidyaranyapura, we follow the HEUREKA curriculum, which is rooted in Harvard’s Project Zero. This isn't about rote learning; it's about 'Visible Thinking.' We apply this to physical education through our EuroFit program, where movement is tied directly to emotional and cognitive development.

Why Physical Literacy Matters

We see physical movement as a gateway to emotional regulation. By practicing yoga, children learn to balance high energy with calm, slow movements—what we call the 'Kangaroo and Tortoise' balance. Activities like agility ladder drills or tunnel relays aren't just for muscle growth; they develop coordination, spatial awareness, and the ability to follow complex directions.

Developing the Whole Child (EPICS)

Our approach touches on four specific quotients:

  • Emotional Quotient: Building resilience and empathy through group activities.
  • Physical Quotient: Agility, balance, and fine motor control.
  • Intellectual Quotient: Understanding cause and effect through scientific exploration.
  • Spiritual Quotient: Using mindfulness and breathing exercises to find inner calm.

Partnering With You

We understand that as parents, you want more than a daycare—you want a second home where your child is nurtured. We maintain an open line of communication so you can see exactly how these physical activities are helping your child grow in confidence, not just height. Whether it's a themed Color Day or our daily sensory play, every moment is an opportunity to teach, observe, and grow together.

I'm Santoshi. To me, a child's laughter while jumping over an obstacle is just as important as their ABCs. My team and I focus on the whole child—heart, body, and mind—so they grow up curious and confident, not just smart.
