About this collection
I make my cheesecakes two ways: the classic baked style for a dense, rich texture, or no-bake for something lighter. If you're planning a party or just want to sample, my 1kg assorted cake is the best way to try all four flavours—Nutella, Lotus Biscoff, Blueberry, and Dark Chocolate—without having to choose just one.
Why My Cheesecakes Are Different
I don’t work in a factory. Every cheesecake I make comes straight from my own kitchen, using 100% eggless recipes I’ve perfected over the years. My focus is on getting that perfect balance: a thick, crunchy digestive biscuit base and a smooth, creamy filling that holds up, whether you choose the dense baked version or the silky no-bake style.
Ordering vs. Stall
- Whole Cakes: Need a 7 to 8-inch cake for a birthday, anniversary, or celebration? I offer these in round or heart shapes. You can get a classic single-flavour cake or go for my Assorted 4-Flavor Sampler, which is perfect for groups who can’t agree on just one taste.
- The Stall: If you just want a slice, come visit me on Malviya Road in Vile Parle East. I set up my stall every Friday to Sunday after 7:30 PM. It’s homemade, convenient, and yes, it usually sells out fast, so jaldi aa jao (come early).

- Lotus Biscoff: People get obsessed with this one, especially for the spice note from the cookie.

Everything is served chilled and ready to eat, packed securely so the toppings stay exactly where they belong until you’re ready to dig in.
