From my home kitchen in Vile Parle to my weekend stall on Malviya Road, these are 100% vegetarian cheesecakes made with heart. No factories, just small, handmade batches that sell out fast every Friday to Sunday.

This heart-shaped assorted cheesecake is perfect for when you want to share the love. You can combine up to four of my best-selling 100% veg flavours, like Lotus Biscoff, Blueberry, Nutella, and rich Chocolate, all on one crunchy, buttery base.

Here’s a look at how I prepare my popular assorted cheesecake. Each quadrant gets a generous topping of a different flavour, so every single slice is a unique treat. It’s all homemade, right from my kitchen.

This business is my dream, and nothing stops the hustle, not even the Mumbai rains. This is not an inherited property; these are dreams I saw on an empty stomach. If you have passion and self-confidence, nothing is too difficult.

This is my classic no-bake blueberry cheesecake. It’s light, creamy, and topped with a generous layer of homemade blueberry compote, all on a crunchy biscuit base. It's one of my most popular flavours for a reason.

My favourite part of the weekend is seeing you all at my cheesecake stall in Vile Parle. Come say hi and grab a slice. I’m here every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:30 PM onwards.
