This is my classic no-bake blueberry cheesecake. It’s light, creamy, and topped with a generous layer of homemade blueberry compote, all on a crunchy biscuit base. It's one of my most popular flavours for a reason.

My cheesecakes are 100% eggless and designed to be enjoyed fresh, whether you're grabbing a slice at my stall or ordering a whole cake for a celebration.
Building this business wasn't about having an inherited property; it was about dreams seen on an empty stomach. Since 2020, I have been baking to bring quality, homemade, vegetarian desserts to Mumbai. My stall on Malviya Road, Vile Parle East, has become the heart of this journey. It’s where I get to meet you, see your reactions, and serve fresh slices every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evening.
Why my cheesecakes are different:
- Quality over mass production: Everything is made in small, controlled batches. You won't find 'factory-made' textures here. I focus on getting the balance right—a crunchy, buttery digestive biscuit crust paired with a smooth, eggless cream cheese mousse.
- Flavor variety: People love the classics, but I enjoy playing with combinations. The Assorted 4-Flavor Sampler is perfect if you can't decide; you get two slices each of Biscoff, Nutella, Blueberry, and Dark Chocolate in one 1kg cake.
- The Experience: Whether it’s a quick slice on a Friday night walk or a heart-shaped cake for an anniversary, I want the experience to be special. Even a Marathi film star once stopped by to tell me the blueberry cheesecake was 'kamaal,' and that is the kind of validation that keeps me going.
I deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, but for that specific 'stall experience,' come say hi at my setup on Malviya Road. Just a heads up—I start at 7:30 PM, but things tend to sell out, so coming early is always a good idea.
