- Foundation (4+ Years): Coaches prioritize safety and fun, using red/orange dot balls to build confidence without frustration.
- Prodigy & High-Performance: This is where the intensity picks up. Coaches integrate CrossFit, mental conditioning, and video analysis to correct biomechanics. Our team keeps detailed progress journals, so you know exactly which shot or movement pattern you are working on this week.
