Designing a luxury bungalow requires more than just aesthetics. We focus on integrating your home with its natural surroundings while managing the technical complexities from concept to final handover.

This is our proposed design for a scheme of six modern holiday homes in Kune Village, Lonavala. The architecture focuses on integrating with the natural landscape, featuring stilt construction, large windows, and green spaces to create a tranquil retreat.

This render shows the front elevation of a proposed traditional bungalow scheme in Tungarli. We designed these homes to blend with the local character, featuring classic architectural elements like sloping roofs, balconies, and decorative railings.

This is a view of the backyard and private swimming pool for one of the bungalows in the Tungarli scheme. Each home is designed with private leisure spaces, offering residents a perfect balance of community living and personal seclusion.

This architectural render presents our vision for a 15,000 sq. ft. contemporary bungalow in Ulwe. The design emphasizes verticality and open terraces, creating a multi-level home with distinct functional zones for family living and entertainment.
