Designing high-traffic commercial spaces requires a balance of aesthetic appeal and functional precision, from site circulation to visibility for travelers.

This is the primary view of our proposed 2.3-acre food court on the Igatpuri Highway. The design is centered around a large tensile canopy, creating a visually striking and welcoming rest stop for travelers.

This alternate angle of the food court design shows the entry point and signage. We planned the layout to ensure smooth vehicular circulation and easy access for visitors, which is critical for a successful highway-side establishment.

This perspective highlights the food court's branding and night-time appeal. The design includes prominent signage and lighting to attract travelers from the highway, ensuring visibility and commercial viability.

This aerial view illustrates the overall site plan for the food court and adjacent buildings. Our planning encompasses the entire 2.3-acre area, ensuring a cohesive layout that optimizes space for parking, dining, and future development.

About Commercial Architecture

Designing for commercial spaces requires more than just aesthetics; it is about solving for flow, visibility, and long-term utility. In our Igatpuri food court project, we focused on circulation, ensuring that everything from parking to signage works intuitively, so the space remains a landmark for travelers rather than just another stop on the highway.
