About Our Design & Build Process
We do not just hand over a drawing and walk away. As your principal consultant, I personally bridge the gap between your concept and the concrete. This means I handle the structural analysis, the 3D visualizations, and the site coordination so you are not stuck chasing different contractors for every stage of your build.
From Concept to Keys
When we take on a project, we move through a structured sequence designed to eliminate guesswork. We start by listening to your requirements and conducting a thorough site analysis—studying plot dimensions, sun-path orientation, and local context—to ensure the design makes sense for its specific location.
Visualization and Planning
Before any concrete is poured, you get a clear look at what we are building. We develop detailed 3D exterior visualizations, including day and night views, to refine the aesthetics and material choices. This phase also includes technical documentation like structural grid positioning, masonry layouts, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) routing diagrams. This level of detail is vital for the structural stability of everything from G+1 to G+3 structures.
On-Site Execution
Design is only half the battle. My role as your principal consultant includes periodic site visits at key milestones, such as plinth level and slab casting. Whether it is a luxury bungalow in Lonavala or a multi-story residential building in Navi Mumbai, I coordinate with fabricators for windows and railings, and ensure the build stays true to the approved plans.
