About Our Process: From Vision to Reality
We believe the most critical design work happens before a single brick is laid. It involves a continuous, often messy back-and-forth exchange to align your vision with practical realities like site topography and construction budgets. Phase 1: Concept & Visualization

- Visualization: Creating 2D floor plans, furniture layouts, and VR walkthroughs to give you a clear sense of space before construction begins.
Phase 2: Technical Documentation & Coordination
Once the design is locked, we move to the rigorous documentation required to build. We manage the technical complexity of your project, including:
- Working Drawings (GFC): Detailed sets for civil, electrical, plumbing, and ceiling layouts.
- Consultant Coordination: We act as the bridge between you and structural engineers, MEP consultants, and landscape architects.
- Approvals: Preparation of necessary municipal sanction drawings.
